Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship across the UK and around the world using courier networks, sea and air freight. Just send us your delivery address and we’ll provide a shipping quote.
We also have a dedicated partner, Falcon Retail, based in Canada who are your local point of contact for all customers from the US, Canada and South America.

Can you ship direct to stores?

We can ship either in bulk to your warehouses for onwards distribution, or direct to store. We can also set up agreements for stock-holding and call-offs where required. Orders can be arranged with our own standard packing, or to individual requirements based on quantities going to each store. Send us your requirements, and we’ll sort the rest.

What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We have no minimum or maximum order quantities, meaning you can order as few or as many as you like!

Is there a discount if I buy in bulk?

Yes, the more you order, the better price we’ll be able to offer you.

I’m interested in placing an order but I’d like to see a sample before committing, is this possible?

Absolutely. You can request a free of charge sample box which contains a range of different Reflex Sign Holders. We will always try to accommodate individual sample requests where possible. However, sometimes these may be chargeable depending on the item. We can also quote for and organise smaller scale trial orders before committing to a full roll-out.
